Classic Brewing Method

Add 1 teaspoon of the blend to a cup of hot water (just below boiling).
Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

Slow Simmer Method

Add 1 teaspoon of the blend per cup of liquid to a saucepan, using half water and half plant-based or dairy milk.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar or sweetener of your choice, to taste.
Heat gently over very low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, without bringing to a boil.
Strain and enjoy.

Important: Shake the bag before each use to evenly distribute the spices and fully enjoy the flavour.
La Gitane was born from our love of chai. We cherished its comforting flavours, but the presence of caffeine kept us from fully enjoying it at any time of day. The idea came to replace traditional tea with Labrador tea, a naturally caffeine-free plant rich in tannins, whose texture and depth gently echo those of black tea.

From this meeting, an infusion we instantly embraced was created. A warm and balanced blend that preserves the spirit of chai while offering a soft, steady energy without restlessness.
