Du Sourcier - Yarrow and Eldeberry

Labrador tea, raspberry leafs, balsamfir, yarrow, elderberry

Poussière de Fée - Mint and Raspberry

Nettle, raspberry leafs, mint.

Chamane du Nord - Sweet fern and Apple

Sweet fern, pearly everlasting, balsam fir, yarrow, elderberry.

Not recommended during pregnancy.

Hot Infusion

Add 1 teaspoon of the blend to a cup of hot water (70 to 80°C).
Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, or 15 to 20 minutes for Chamane du Nord, then strain and enjoy.

Cold Infusion

Prepare the hot infusion as directed above, then strain.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator. Sweeten to taste, if desired.

For a refreshing herbal tea, you may add lemon or cranberry juice.

The cold infusion keeps for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

Tip: Freeze the infusion into ice cubes and add them to your glass to preserve its full aromatic richness without dilution.
