Iced infusion reveals another facet of our herbal teas. Brighter and more refreshing, it preserves the aromatic depth of a hot infusion while offering a luminous freshness. A simple way to enjoy the Québec terroir, even during the summer season.

Preparation
Place 1 tsp of the blend into a cup.
Pour in hot water, simmering but not boiling.
Steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
Strain using a fine mesh sieve.
Refrigerate until completely chilled.
Add 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, adjust to taste.
Add ½ tsp lemon or cranberry juice, adjust to taste.
Tip
Freeze some of the infused herbal tea into ice cubes and add them to your glass. As they melt, they will preserve the full intensity of the flavours without diluting your drink.
