Homemade Boreal Botanical Soda

A sparkling beverage with boreal aromas, simple and natural. With our botanical sugars, only a few ingredients are needed to create a fizzy drink free from colourings, additives and artificial flavours. A local and creative alternative to commercial sodas.

Ingredients

• 1 cup sparkling water, preferably homemade using a SodaStream-type machine

• 1 tbsp flavoured botanical sugar of your choice

• Ice cubes, optional

Preparation

• Stir the flavoured sugar into the sparkling water.

• Add ice cubes if desired.

• Stir gently and enjoy.

Tip

Adjust the amount of sugar according to your desired intensity, or add a splash of lemon juice for a brighter finish.
