An herbal latte offers a richer, more enveloping way to enjoy your favourite plants. Slow infusion in a blend of water and milk reveals rounder, deeper flavours, transforming each cup into a comforting ritual. A simple way to rediscover your local herbal teas, gently and thoughtfully.

How to Prepare an Herbal Latte
Ingredients
½ cup water
½ cup milk, dairy or plant-based
2 tsp sugar, maple syrup or honey
1 tsp herbal tea
Preparation
Place the water and milk in a small saucepan.
Add the sweetener and the herbal tea.
Heat over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, without bringing to a boil.
Strain and enjoy hot.
Which Herbal Teas to Choose
Not all blends lend themselves equally to a latte preparation, but several of our creations offer particularly harmonious results.
Among our blends, the best options are La Gitane, Poussière de Fée and Sorcière des Bois.
If you enjoy chai, cinnamon, hot chocolate or flavoured coffee, a La Gitane latte will offer a warm and spiced experience.
If you prefer fresher, more indulgent flavours, a Poussière de Fée or Sorcière des Bois latte will evoke a comforting hint of minty sweetness.
Fun Fact
Chai is traditionally prepared as a latte, slowly simmered with milk. Infusing it with hot water is actually a more recent adaptation of this tradition.
