The story behind this infusion
La Gitane was born from our love of chai tea. We loved its comforting flavors, but the presence of caffeine prevented us from enjoying it fully at any time of the day. The idea then came to replace tea with Labrador tea, a naturally caffeine-free plant rich in tannins, whose texture and depth are reminiscent of tea.
From this meeting came an infusion that we immediately embraced. A warm and balanced combination that preserves the spirit of chai while offering a gentle energy without agitation. La Gitane became our way of enjoying this beloved ritual in a different way.
