Ingredients

• 375 ml, 1 ½ cups, 35% whipping cream

• 60 ml, ¼ cup, botanical sugar of your choice

Preparation

• Pour the well-chilled cream into a bowl.

• Add the botanical sugar.

• Whip with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

• Refrigerate until ready to serve.

For optimal texture, place the bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before starting.
