Boreal Lemonade

Our Boreal Lemonade highlights the richness of local plants through our botanical sugars. Made simply from powdered plants and sugar, they dissolve in water to create a fresh, fragrant and naturally coloured beverage. A simple and creative way to transform an ordinary moment into a refreshing pause inspired by the Québec terroir.

Ingredients

• Water

• Lemon juice

• Botanical sugar of your choice

Instructions

1. In 1 cup of cold water, add 1 to 3 tsp of your chosen flavoured botanical sugar, adjust to taste.

2. Add 1 to 3 tsp lemon juice or rhubarb juice, adjust to taste.

3. Stir and add a few ice cubes.

4. Enjoy.
