Boreal Lemonade
In a cup of cold water, dissolve 1 to 3 teaspoons of botanical sugar, depending on the desired intensity.
Add 1 to 3 teaspoons of lemon or rhubarb juice, to taste.
Stir well, add a few ice cubes, and enjoy.The lemonade keeps for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
Tip: For an even more refreshing version, prepare the lemonade as directed above, then pour into a blender with ¾ cup of ice cubes. Blend until a slushy texture forms and serve immediately.
Boreal Mojito
In a glass, combine 1 cup of water with 25 ml of Fir & Mint Botanical Sugar and 30 ml of rum.
Add 25 ml of fresh lime juice, a few ice cubes, and a fresh mint leaf.
Top with sparkling water or club soda, then stir gently.Alcohol-free version: Omit the rum for an equally refreshing drink.
