Chamane du Nord - Comptonie et Pomme
Comptonie voyageuse, immortelle blanche, feuilles et fruits de bleuet, pommes.

Ortie, sapin baumier, thuya.
Clair de Lune - Mélisse et Camomille
Mélisse, cataire, scutellaire, avoine, camomille allemande.
La Gitane - Thé du Labrador Chaï
Thé du labrador, cannelle, gingembre, anis verte, clou de girofle, piment de la jamaïque.

Sorcière des Bois – Balsam fir & Thuja
An infusion with coniferous notes that evokes Québec’s forests. Balsam fir, thuja, and nettle come together in a comforting blend, especially appreciated during the colder seasons.
La Chamane du Nord – Sweet Fern & Apple
Lightly sweet, this blend featuring pearly everlasting and apple recalls the aromas of boreal landscapes. Traditionally associated with supporting the lungs and natural defenses, it offers a gentle and grounding experience.
Du Sourcier – Yarrow & Elderberry
Floral with subtle woody undertones, this infusion combines Labrador tea, balsam fir, and yarrow. A balanced blend, traditionally enjoyed during seasonal transitions.
Clair de Lune – Lemon Balm & Chamomile
A soothing herbal tea made with lemon balm, chamomile, and catnip, thoughtfully crafted to calm the mind and accompany moments of rest and relaxation.
Poussière de Fée – Mint & Raspberry Leaf
Refreshing and versatile, this blend of mint, nettle, and raspberry leaf can be enjoyed hot or iced. Naturally rich in plant nutrients, it supports digestion and evokes the brightness of summer.
La Gitane – Labrador Tea Chai style
Bold and warming, this infusion pairs the woody character of Labrador tea with chai spices, offering a caffeine-free alternative to traditional chai and a comforting companion on cool days.Hot Infusion
Add 1 teaspoon of the blend to a cup of hot water (70 to 80°C).
Steep for 15 to 20 minutes, then strain and enjoy.A longer infusion reveals the naturally sweet notes of pearly everlasting. A shorter infusion, 5 to 10 minutes, highlights the character of sweet fern.
Cold Infusion
Prepare the hot infusion as directed above, then strain.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator. Sweeten to taste, if desired.For a refreshing herbal tea, you may add lemon or cranberry juice.
The cold infusion keeps for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
Tip: Freeze the infusion into ice cubes and add them to your glass to preserve its full aromatic richness without dilution.
