Order Processing
Orders are prepared with care and processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
During peak periods, including launches, promotions, holidays, or events, processing times may be longer than usual. If applicable, we will notify you.
Shipping Within Québec and Canada
Québec and most Canadian destinations:
Shipping is handled by GLS, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 business hours after dispatch.
Certain regions of Canada:
Shipping is handled by Canada Post, according to their current delivery timelines.
Alternative carriers:
On occasion, other carriers may be used depending on the nature of the order or the destination.
If you have a preferred carrier, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost Packages
If your package has been lost during transit, please notify us by email at info@domainebotania.ca within 15 business days following the shipping date of your order.
Our team will then initiate a follow-up with the carrier. Please note that the carrier may take up to 10 business days to process a claim and determine whether the package can be located.
If, after this period, the package is declared lost, Domaine Botania s.e.n.c. will either resend the products or issue a refund for the order.
The decision to issue a refund or resend the order remains at the sole discretion of Domaine Botania.
Returned Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve their package after receiving a delivery notice from the carrier.
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to cancel an order that has already been shipped, a refund will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected. If the product is returned in its original condition, intact and unused, Domaine Botania will issue a refund for the order, minus a 15% administrative fee to cover handling and restocking.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, Domaine Botania does not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or if an error occurred in the preparation of the order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and complete shipping address.
If an error occurs in the address provided and the package must be reshipped, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
If an order that has already been shipped must be cancelled due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued once the package has been returned to Domaine Botania, minus a 15% administrative fee.
Farm Pickup
Farm pickup is available by appointment only, according to the pickup time slots indicated in your order confirmation email.
You must confirm your appointment at least 48 hours in advance and receive confirmation before arriving on site.
When placing your order, simply select the “Farm Pickup” option.
Orders will be held for 30 days. After two attempts to contact you without response, the order may be returned to inventory without refund.
